Re: Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer stats and unlocks missing

@03e64840b389cdee

I'm just clutching at straws here, but one possibility (along the lines of what @EA_Shepard mentioned), you are logging into different gamertags?  So I would do what he suggests.

FYI, If you have multiple XBOX (MS) accounts (Gamertags), you can link each to the one EA account.  I have multiple and each has different ME3 progress.

If you haven't already, you may want to check out this page for background and potential solutions:

https://n7hq.masseffect.com/support/

While there, go over to the "My Account" tab and see what profiles are shown under XBOX360.  Does it have your old EA ID, this new 16-digit one, or both?

Probably worth a "re-sync" regardless.

So, ideally it would be as simple as re-sync'ing and ensuring that your old gamertag is linked.  But this wouldn't explain no-progress in-game.  I think that is more indicative (as @EA_Shepard mentioned) you are in wrong account in XBOX. So...

Log into your XBOX

Does it show your old XBOX ID?

Open ME3 and confirm that it is showing same (old) XBOX ID

Confirm you can access ME3 multiplayer?

You say no stats or inventory.  So, it shows N7=1?  Challenge pts = 0?  No unlocked guns or characters (i.e. just the base 6*2 humans and 5 guns)?  Does it even offer you a starter and gift pack?  All of these are signs that this account has never been played.

@EA_Shepardwould know better, but given all the Mass Effect issues lately since the Origin-->EA App switch, and that you had some recent (non-ME) account issues, it is possible that accounts have been screwed up at the EA end and they'll need to fix for you?

I have been dealing with the Galaxy At War Page for a long time. Swapping from Origin to the EA app actually had no effect on this specific issue. The rest of the above though is accurate. It does come down to a sync issue. But from a live support point, they don't have a way to sync up your stats due to the age of the game. This has to be done on the player side through the site itself. It happened to me a while back.

There were some threads from way back then I was t trying to find but essentially said the exact same thing.

    • Reset the EA password
    • Log out of the site
    • Loadback in
    • Change profiles
    • Sync up within the site
    • Play matches

If none of this works, more often than not, either the wrong EA account, or, the account you were (are) on was delinked from the EA account. When I change the profile (platform) on my profile it shows I've played 9 matches and only 2 hours. When I go into my game, I see everything unlocked and all the things I've gathered over the years.

This is the section you want to be in. Above this also has your profile/platform/platform profile as well. The other issue is that the social.bioware.com page no longer exists which I have seen cause issues too.

  • I've tried all mentioned solutions in both posts nothing has worked as of yet ,  . I'm starting to believe EA has deleted all my stats and unlockables from my origin ID (old) and created 03e64840b389cdee as my new ID(maybe)

It would extremely frustrating to lose everything I've earned over 1700+hrs of gameplay . As you know getting all weapons to level X is a grind and time consuming.

Here a few screenshots from N7HQ that might help.

My Origin ID is now under PC which I've never played .  is it possible to move this origin to XBOX 360 and hopefully my lost stats would show up in game?

My original origin ID is on the far right .

Thanks in advance for any advice in dealing with issue.

@03e64840b389cdee There isnt a way for us to delete that data so that isn't why it isn't there. If the steps on there are not working, what I suggest, as I dealt with this from a support level for years is to have your case escalated. This way we can see on the account side if any changes were made. From a Community Manager perspective, we cannot make changes. We can only give you the steps that should sync this up if no account changes were made. After that, we have to have someone take a look at it.

Can't quite make it out.  If you don't mind, can you spell it out?

And sorry if we already covered, but when you log into your game on the XBOX, it show that same old ID?

I am currently having the same problems and it is infuriating me that my 2k hrs spent on this game disappeared, I just wanted to play it on my PC ☹️
