it runs but it shows it in the background not allowing me to play it yes
Go to your "C:\Origin Games\Mass Effect Andromeda" folder and Delete the "ModData" folder.
In EA app > Click on the 3 lines in the top left > Help > App recovery.
Restart the pc after the process is finished > Test.
- @holger1405 Hi there Thanks so much. I have spend hours on this.
Poul Bøving Hey I've also got the problem since the app launched. Unfortunately frostfix doesn't work for me- I follow the instruction and it brings up the ea app, but fails to launch the game no idea why.
burakiichrzan Try this:
1. Launch the FrostyFix (all fields with red dots should be filled, see image) => FrostyFix will launch EA desktop.
2. Open the Frosty Mod Manager, select MEA.
3. Launch MEA from Frosty MM.
Unfortunately, you should go through all these steps each time you want to play MEA.
In frosty fix main Window > Click the cogwheel > Settings
Select "Launch game with Frosty"
Under "Frosty Installation" navigate to your FrostyModManager installation. (Select the Exe.)
Under "Custom Game" navigate to your game folder. (Select the Exe.) > Test.Hi, can you help me with this case?
I launch FrostyFix with this options, but when I click to star the game from EA Desktop, it opens Epic Games and don't continue to launch the game:This stop in Link2EA
It only fix it when I reinstall Epic Games, but I don't want to reinstall the app everytime I want to play the game with mods.
If you have the game on Epic you should check "Epic Game Store" and not EA app.
Apart from that, I never played "Battlefront II" with mods, nor did I ever used Epic game store with Frosty or frosty fix, my knowlage is therefore limited here.
