Lol. It's not me and the the uploader only noticed the speed glitch after somone pointed it out in the comments.
There's quite similar issue on Audi R8 with Short Pro, although it takes shorter to eventually hop the gear up.

Happens with the Gallardo as well. Usually when you're going downhill and the car isn't fully weighed down.
