@Megan6CSo I don't have Seasons, Parenthood, or your CC, but for me your stairs work when I increase the opening in the top floor to 3 tiles and move the midway platform down by one (the higher staircase will disappear and need to be replaced).

@BluebellfloraOops, sorry - when I opened the editor you hadn't responded yet, but I guess I took too long checking & typing. Removing that entire section of ceiling would of course work too! I tried moving the platform down 1 so Sims could still walk around the back on the top floor.
