Moved mods folder sims undressed and can’t fix

I had to move my mod folder out because of a corrupted cc. When I moved it back my sims aren’t dressed. The cc furniture is in the game. I have about 130 sims and 17000cc. Truly don’t know what to do. Help please! I just want all their cc to come back.
