Just to make sure, you need to go into the related items menu. The car should be available for free in the purchase car menu.

This has not helped. I've got the game on XBox One. The MS store says I've installed the deluxe version (as I've already entered my code and downloaded the content). However, I still do not have access to any of the additional content in which I paid extra for. Choosing the BMW M3 E46 tells me I have "insufficient funds" as I've only accumulated $8500. Isn't this car supposed to be a free "tricked out starter car"? What else can I try?
