No poder Unirse a Bandas/Can’t Join Crews

Volvi a instalarme el juego después de un tiempo pero no me deja unirme s bandas, al buscar o crear una banda, me sale que contiene lenguaje obsceno. Intente hablar con EA y no me pudieron ayudar, quien tiene soluciones.

I installed the game again and can’t even create or join a crew because it got obscene language, I typed even hello and it say is obscene
