Cheerful sim can't "be positive" (?)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, get together; dream home decorator, realm of magic, jungle adventure, vampires, ourdoor retreat; nifty knitting, tiny living, moschino, my first pet, vintage glamour.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just create a sim with the trait cheerful, clic on him/her and you will see that you won't be able to do something that in English could sound like "look at the goodness of the world"/"be positive".

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
She is a cheerful mermaid sim created through a story, but in a fresh new game (new sims folder in Documents\Electronic Arts) I've already tried with an ordinary cheerful sim and an ordinary cheerful mermaid sim too and the issue is always there. If there is not another thread on that and this is a real matter, please correct the title with the official english dialog option.
- @Heautontimoru Your Sim has to be in a negative mood for this interaction to be available. It's a little weird that it's a want because you just can't do it if your Sim is too happy, lol.
