Kayak routing bug in Gibbi Point (Adventure Awaits)
Hello EA team and Simmers,
I would like to report a recurring game bug related to the kayak system in Gibbi Point from the Adventure Awaits DLC.
I am consistently getting the following error:
Exception in prepare_gen for super interaction
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'can_transition_over_node'
CategoryID: vehicle_liabilities:307

I tested this with only MCCC and Better Exceptions installed, and the issue still happens, which strongly indicates this is a vanilla game bug and not a mod conflict.
The error always occurs when Sims (usually NPCs) attempt to use kayaks around Gibbi Point. This area has shallow water, uneven terrain, and narrow coastal routing, which appears to break the kayak pathfinding system. The game fails to generate a valid transition node for the kayak, resulting in this exception.
Even when the player does not use kayaks, NPCs will autonomously try to route to them, triggering the error repeatedly.
Better Exceptions support confirmed this is a known game bug related to kayak routing in invalid or obstructed locations, not caused by mods.
Game version: 1.120.140.1020 (latest public release)

ExpectedTrout Since you have Better Exceptions and MCCC installed, we can't confirm that it's a game bug for the purposes of Bug Reports. It doesn't matter what the mods are, you still have mods. Please rename the Mods folder, delete the localthumbcache file, and see if the issue still occurs.
