I am sorry to hear that your games are not saving. Let's see if we can solve that issue for you.

In this case, can you try running both Origin and The Run as admin? You can do this by right clicking the shortcut and then selecting "Run as administrator". Also make sure that you have not blocked anything from Origin or The Run in your firewall or anti-virus.

Another option would be to hover over the game in Origin, then click on the "i". Try using cloud saves if the saves are not working properly on your computer. If cloud saves are turned on, then turn them off and try that. You can also check cloud saves by clicking the Origin menu and then Application Settings.
