Purchase verification failed NFS no limits

I received this message a few days ago while attempting an IAP  It says a problem was encountered with my last purchase and to restart the application. I don't understand it though because I've never had any issues with any previous purchases. I've tried changing payment methods, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, and  I've spoken with apple support. All to no avail. I can make IAPs within other apps with no problems. So far EA support hasn't been able to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
