Not all versions of NFS:MW have the English language pack available. It depends on where you purchased the game.

In any case, you can try to contact a Game Advisor, they might be able to help you add the game to Origin where you can then download the English files. Since this is a much older game I cannot fully guarantee you that they will be able to fix it that way. If you are really interested in the English language pack however, you might give it a shot.
