Item Retrieval Failed ISSUE
I have had the Item Retrieval Failed error in NFS No Limits on iOS for several months.
I have played the game for a long time. After switching to a new iPhone and reinstalling the game I can no longer access the Store. Every time I try the Store fails to load.
I have already tried reinstalling the game using different networks testing on another device and resetting network settings. None of these worked. I have had an open support ticket for about five months and it keeps getting passed around without progress.
My App Store region is South Korea. I have seen reports that changing the region to the US fixes this issue but I cannot change regions because I have active subscriptions tied to Korea.
Because I cannot access the Store I have run out of gold during events and the game is almost unplayable. I do not want to quit the game but I am close.
Has anyone from the development or backend team seen this issue before. Is there a region related iOS Store problem that can be fixed without changing App Store region.
Any help would be appreciated.
