I need some assistance with my need for speed rivals overwatch account it keeps saying I haven't played need for speed and I already have the game and I can't link it to my account

If you click on NETWORK and you see this message it simply means that you have not completed the tutorials in-game.
Once you have played the cop and the racer tutorial then Need for Speed Network will register your data.
Alternativelly, you can use another browser to log into the Network if you have not completed the tutorials yet.
Have you tried with Chrome? It seems to work on this browser without you having to complete the tutorials.
Otherwise, you have to complete the tutorial for cop and the racer both.
