Lost Account After iOS Update – Need Help From EA Team

Hello EA Team,

I lost access to my NFS No Limits account after updating my iOS system on June 24, 2025. The update triggered a full device reset, and after reinstalling the game, I found myself starting from scratch with a new account.

My original account was linked via iCloud.

Here are my account details:
- Player Name: TOP777
- Player ID: 428285853
- Platform: iOS

I contacted EA Help many times, submitted receipts and account info, but my case gets closed without action.

I spent money and years of progress on this game. Please escalate this issue to someone who can help.
