Hard to say, it really depends on value of your free time and the amount of gold you have or can have. If you have just those 35 gold pieces a day from your daily assignments, plus rewards from Car series, you probably wouldn't buy Viper blueprints for 275 gold (55 gold each).
My opinion:
Limited Time Crate - always overpriced, lots of * with just a few goodies. Never go there!
Premium Crate - do not go there as well, since the last update. It made sense before, since I've had most of the cars already maxed out, so I could get 3-5 blueprints of legendary cars or a sport-super-hyper part; sometimes I got a sports rare part, which was useless for me, but most violet (or even gold) parts I knew where to put. Now I can get as little as 4k scrap points for a few low class blueprints, so definitely no buying of premium crates until something changes.
Black market - I was buying there common and uncommon materials for in-game currency (not gold), but everything else - once you have the FF blueprints - is overpriced.
Mystery gifts when screwed - like two bps and vps and you get vps. Then the BP is for sure for 30 gold. I go for that, usually, since that is one less day grinding, and in my case it is only legendary cars I don't have fully maxed bp-wise. Sometimes I even "bought" a battery or another needed material, not only bps, but that depends...
Fuel Refills - after some months game goes boring, so while I've used quite some in the past, I'm not buying fuel anymore, considering most of the races I go on autopilot (easydrive) anyway.
Tournament Tickets - similar; I've done that rarely, and not doing anymore, as I don't even use all my daily tickets anyway.
