- @luthienrising ofc, on my screenshot with the broken floor there is just a new save (the mods are all updated)
@Kanzlerrrr Please test like this, in this exact order:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Run a game repair
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Start at New to test.
- @luthienrising are you reading what i'm writing? this has all been done a bunch of times already
@Kanzlerrrr You never indicated that you made a fresh user folder before any files have been moved back into it. If you can reproduce this issue in a fresh user folder after a Game Repair, I can send you for tech support.
- @luthienrising I've been having this problem for over a year now. on different computers. after all the *dancing with a tambourine*. and this is not the first time I’ve said that the problem is with some custom content
@Kanzlerrrr I don't know of any CC file that will cause this to all floors if it's updated for DX11. If 50-50 testing won't work for you, I'm not sure what you expect here. Maybe try individual separate small batches instead.
- @luthienrising I'm looking for people who have had similar problems.
