Cars won't save visual customization in MP

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For all I can remember, it happened randomly after the Vol. 3 update. Happens to random cars in your garage.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you change any visual upgrade (wheels, bumpers, etc.) it will always revert back to it's original state. Same thing happens with driving effects - when you try to change it, it will always reverts back to "Witness Me". This affects wraps too, when you try to change it, it will not save the wrap. This does not occur on all the cars, but affects around 1/3 of the cars in my online garage. Notably my 06 Impreza STI and my Porsche 918
What do you expect to see? I hope that I can change the car's cosmetics and the game would save my changes.

Bug occurs after the Vol. 3 update.

When you change any visual upgrade (wheels, bumpers, etc.) it will always revert back to it's original state (the way you left it before Vol. 3, not stock). Same thing happens with driving effects - when you try to change it, it will always reverts back to "Witness Me". This affects wraps too, when you try to change it, it will not save the wrap.
