a few sources have already said to try restoring licenses as mentioned by @EA_Barry , but several users are reporting this isn't working either. if that's the case, then i'd wager that deleting and reinstalling the game wouldn't do anything either. this has to be a problem on Sony's and/or Criterion/EA's end, and needs to be fixed as soon as possible. it's not a good feeling to purchase something touted as available and then subsequently be unable to use the thing you purchased.
