How to contact the support regarding this issue? Seems like EA disabled reaching out to support agent...

    I have the same issue. It's only this game on the EA App that doesn't register the controller. Need for Speed Remastered works fine, and so does every other game.

    Do you have another controller connected to your PC?

    I have the same issue, and my workaround is to unplug all other controllers.
