Connection problem

Hello guys. I am playing Need for Speed no limits for 3 years now and I have my profile that is 123 level with 43 cars in my garage. Few days ago I bought an iphone 13 pro max and I wanted to play from there. I created my apple ID and my game center to the same google account that I had my nfs account. Suddenly the game started from stage 1. I was really confused so I tried numerous times to log in with my real account. But it just starts from the start over and over again. I still have the profile on my old phone so I know it's there but for some reason NFS denies my entry from my new phone. It doesn't even show that there is a profile there. How can I fix this issue?
