I had this Error too and had no Hope on playing again. I read a lot of fixes that i tried and didnt work. but i have found a Solution.1. Start Unbound2. Go to Singleplayer3. Disconnect Internet4. Sell all the DLC Cars in Singleplayer that got added through Ultimate Edition5. Reconnect your Internet6. Go Back to Main Menu and try to Connect to EA Servers7. If you get an Error restart the Game8. Try to Hop on Lakeshore Online and find a GameThis Fixed it for me and i couldnt care less for Singleplayer since i already Finished it!

Summarize your bug I haven't played in a few weeks. The Ultimate Pack came out, so I decided to buy it and play online. It turned out that I can’t buy or sell cars, nor can I buy any parts for cars. Additional things I noticed include a long loading time for "inventory" when starting the game, and then in the main menu, the interface appears after a few seconds. And I have a duplicated cars in garage and shop with custom cars. I got error F03 when joining to online freeroam session.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know where to look for the issue; maybe it’s related to the Ultimate Pack. I only have the main game and the Ultimate Pack, without any other packs. It's just a all basic funcitonalities with money.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't buy and sell cars and any other thing.
What do you expect to see? Not doubled cars, working sell and buy functionalities

@Liskownik Can you sell cars in story mode? If you can, sell all the ones you don't use. The problem will probably be solved.

Unfortunately, I had to delete my game save to be able to launch online. Even after deleting all cars from single-player, I still have an error.

Summarize your bug it would appear that since buy the ultimate collection upgrade i can no longer play the game every time i go to load into a free roam i get an error message saying my inventory could not be loaded Error code: F03 i have uninstalled the game completely then reinstalled i have cleared cache i have verified all the files with steam and nothing seems to work

What happens when the bug occurs? i have noticed upon purchase of the ultimate upgrade there seems to be like 2 of every dlc car that i was missing so maybe could be part of the issue and will not let me sell the duplicate car
What do you expect to see? i just want help with this situation as i like the game and this is the only issue i have ever had with it

How many cars do you have? I think this problem happens when you get more than 83 or when a lot of vinyl is added to a car.

Now in single player I have 1 car, I sold all cars. In online I can't sell cars and I don't know what amount of cars I have. But probably it's around 80-100, because it's a doubled or even tripled some of them... I have a copy of old save, but now I started a from zero with a new save...

@Pumz31 I realize I didn’t clarify very well. After deleting the save, I can now play online, but I’ve lost some progress and cars. What I meant is that I kept the old save as a backup on my drive, just in case, so I can try to use it after Volume 9 is released. For now, I’m pausing playing Unbound until I can attempt to run the old save with the new update. If it still doesn’t work, I’ll have to start from scratch with a new save
