Hi @EA_Illium
This problem has nothing to do with Steam. The same problem occurs in the games we play via ea app via ea play. The reason is due to the server.
Probably, when at least one of the system components changes or serial number in Windows changes, or motherboard bios settings changes (security related settings) it is detected as another PC other than the PCs recorded on the server side and blocked. For example, RAM may have been added. Or the graphics card may have changed. Or you may have changed the motherboard like me 🙂
We do nothing but prolong this period by constantly trying something new.
What needs to be done is not to start the game again until 24 hours have passed since we first experienced the problem. +24 hours are added every time we try. For example, if this problem occurred at 13:00 today, the game will open after 13:00 tomorrow. But if we try again at 18 pm, it will open at 18 pm tomorrow evening. This continues because we try 20 times a day 🙂 For this reason, the game never opens. You will wait..!!! Additionally, if you own more than one PC, this also affects all the other PCs.
This applies to all EA games with Denuvo protection. I already provided the log file. This file is not created when you enter the game. It only occurs when the server rejects you. "Warning License request failed due to concurrency guard" You already know what this means. Since too many attempts are made, you will be banned immediately.
The same solution is valid when there is an activation problem. If the activation box arrives and you see a red warning on it, you will wait 24 hours. If you don't wait, the same thing happens as I wrote above
The game is currently installed on 2 PCs and 1 laptop. I am using steam. It works flawlessly in all three. I researched a lot about the solution to this situation and read an article similar to the one I wrote in another very unrelated forum. And I only waited 24 hours. The game did not open on all 3 devices and was fixed automatically the next day.
