They are supposedly working on a patch to fix these issuses.
The low framerate could be caused from Windows 10 fall creators update tho. If you have Windows built 1709 or 1703, and if the update was recieved via Windows update, i would suggest downloading the latest Windows 10 iso from Microsoft site, and installing a fresh copy. with the newest nVidia drivers.
if installing new video drivers always use DDU software in safe mode, before installing new versions.

You can also try to disable game mode via registry, in regedit, if you need a tutorial i Will gladly send you a link to one.
some framedrop problems were also caused by realtek audio drivers, so if you have a realtek audio card make sure you install the latest realtek drivers
