Hello Ahmed6110a,
You should try reinstalling the game and check your internet connection stability. I’d also suggest switching to Wi-Fi, just to see if it makes any difference, since I see you're currently using ethernet. Additionally, try launching the game directly from within the EA app.

hello, i tried everything but it still does the same error/message
If you are still having the issue, then you should try talking with EA support. They might be able to assist you further.

Hi Ahmed6110a,
There are a couple of things you can try to fix this error:
- Check Date and Time: Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time. > Enable Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.
- Clear EA app's cache
- Run both Steam and EA app as admin
