You should try reinstalling the game and check your internet connection stability. I’d also suggest switching to Wi-Fi, just to see if it makes any difference, since I see you're currently using ethernet. Additionally, try launching the game directly from within the EA app.

If you are still having the issue, then you should try talking with EA support. They might be able to assist you further.

There are a couple of things you can try to fix this error: 

• Check Date and Time: Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time.  > Enable Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.
• Clear EA app's cache
• Run both Steam and EA app as admin
