Downloading photos Need For Speed Hot Pursuit PS3

Hi, I've been into playing NFS Hot Pursuit on my PS3 lately, and I made amazing pictures with the special photo mode. But is it also possible to get these pictures from my PS3 to my PC as a jpeg or anything? Would love to do something with them in Photoshop. Thanks!
