Re: NFS UNBOUND ERROR DR1001 (Xbox series S)

Hi @NesZ_12 Can we try the following?

  • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
  • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
  • Check for updates
  • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
  • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
  • Persistent Storage
    • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
    • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
  • Alternate Mac:
    • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
    • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
    • Select restart

I tried every method but it doesn't work, but I noticed something

If I use my Mobile wifi the game connect correctly, so i thought that maybe it's a type of "shadowban" that blocks my IP, but it's strange because it doesn't let me connect online since I bought and played the game for the first time.

so why the need of blocking my IP?

@NesZ_12 What is your normal network? (home ISP, College Dorm, Office Internet, etc)

Hi @NesZ_12 Do you have any settings on your router or modem that control internet traffic? While EA accounts can be banned you should be seeing a message if that was the case.

With it working on one network and not the other, it would typically indicate something might be blocking communication to Xbox or EA Servers. What is your current NAT Type on the Home ISP?

@NesZ_12 Thanks for the update, to check are you on an insider build of Xbox? If not is there a separate network we could test on?

I was on a insider versión a few days ago, but I returned to normal version.

And the other network that I have available Is my Mobile red, and I have tested the connection a few times and it seems to connect with the EA servers without a problem

Hi @NesZ_12 To make sure nothing is sticking around we can try on another account (if possible) to see if you can get online, or Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to the console and check if this continues.

If so we may need to reach out to your ISP if your mobile work is able to connect, incase there is anything they can see that might cause this issue to happen.

    Cheers!
