Re: how do I get unblocked from ea support chat

Hi @Mohamedabou69 

Sorry you're having issues with this my friend. Unfortunately we are not able to do anything with your account, only an EA adviser who you have been speaking to can look into these issues.

You can contact an EA adviser here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and your best bet is to try the chat option again or if not then contact an adviser using the email option, this should then create a new case for you where they will then be able to look into your account properly.

There is also no phone number to give you. Depending on the issue at hand and the time of day then you will have a few contact options to choose from; phone, email and live chat.

I would also create a separate case for the problem of not being able to buy from in game.

    Thank you for your reply first off! 

    the thing is i am not actually able to find chat option any longer what is in the photo attached is all thats on the page on phone browser and laptop browser?

    No problem, I try to help.

    This issue could be a number of things. It could be the browser or device you're using, have you tried using a different browser and device?

    Or it could just be the availability of chat itself. Depending on your region and time zone etc.

    I tried multiple browsers and devices to no avail unfortunately. I will try to give it a till morning or something if not i will reply back for further help. 

    Thank you so much for your help props more assistance than i got from the chat for more than 9 hours of trying!

    Unfortunately i checked again and it seems that they have actually blocked me. I can not get through to any agent for chat as the option itself is gone.

    Hey @Mohamedabou69, our chat do not block people from contacting support. When making a case you will be offered the avenue of support for your issue, if chat is not offered then we would recommend using which oh option is suggested.

    If this issue is a reoccurring one then our team may have directed you to speak with PSN support so that you can make them aware of the issue you keep seeing. They may be able to do something on their end to ensure that going forward you do not continue to see the issue.

    Hey @Mohamedabou69, I checked help.ea.com there and not seeing any issues with creating a case. What happens when you access the website?

    Hey @Mohamedabou69 that is letting you know that your best point of contact is phone and to create a case when they open.

    If that is not possible then I would recommend speaking with our team on Twitter using the link in the image you shared.

    Is it possible for you to connect me to an advisor or anything? I am sorry honestly but i need my problem solved and it is so frustrating right now

    It keeps getting complicated! Unfortunately i do not use twitter. I tried the ea help again but the layout is changed and any option i choose it says “we currently do not have a solution” ?
