Bloodhound Scan Not working

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Geyser, but I have seen it occur it other areas
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was scanning with my tactical

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Someone was shooting at me. Probably 10m away. They ran into the building next to me. I scanned, and it does not show any hostiles. A second later, he comes by any kills me
What should be happening instead? He should have been detected. Only a wall was separating us.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the tactical and test different environments

Thank you for all the updates you have made to this game.

I've noticed an issue with Bloodhound's tactical in which sometimes the scan does not detect enemies that are clearly right next to me. Before today, I've had it happen before, however I was never able to confirm because I never had visual confirmation of the enemy.

Today, I had an enemy shoot me from ~10m away in Geyser. He ran into a structure right next to me, at which point I used my tactical. My tactical did not detect any hostiles, so I decided to quickly heal. He immediately opened the door and killed me. 

I'm not sure how widespread this issue is, but it is clearly inconsistent that I'm not really sure if I can trust if the tracker says "No Hostiles." I'm not sure if its how the scan interacts with the walls or the environments is the issue. But I've seen this happen in both Geyser as well as in Sorting Factory, where it says No Hostiles, but there are obviously enemies next to you.
