Not joining match when match starts

What happens when the bug occurs? match starts but I'm stuck in lobby whilst squadmates are in match
What should be happening instead? I should be joining a match and selecting a legend

Everyone presses ready, it says starting match and squadmates join match whilst i'm still in lobby not doing anything.
