Rank Mismatched in Lobby

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. sitting in the lobby trying to play ranked because we are all similar in rank so we want to play together

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? none we can't play together in ranked

What happens when the bug occurs? twitch_kingleeps is reflected as gold 2 and blackieooo is reflected as silver 2 and I am refleceted as gold 3. twitch_kingleeps has diamond 4 reflected above his character in the lobby his rank last season and blackieooo has plat 4 above his character in the lobby reflecting both their ranks for last season. My rank above my character reflects my current rank so there is an error message saying we all need to be within 1 tier to play together. Technically we are but their ranks seem to be de-synced at he moment not allowing us to queue together for ranked. Please help, thank you!
What should be happening instead? We should all be able to queue for ranked together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See if a few other folks have that rank disconnect and are unable as well to queue.

Hello, my friends and I have an error message that we all need to be within one tier of rank to play together, technically we are but my two friends above their character reflect their rank from last season, mine shows my current rank. Technically we should all be able to play together but there seems to be a de-sync and we are unable to queue for ranked together. Please advise, Thank you!!!

im having this problem as well. shows me as gold 2 but on my name bar on the screen shows last season rank 

In season three I was platinum 3 and my friend was platinum 2, and the rank reset for season four, I'm silver 2, and he's gold 4, which even with the addition of the one rank difference in platinum and above, we should still be able to play together, but it's still displaying that he's platinum 2 and I'm silver 2, so it's not allowing us to queue together. Any fixes to this or anyone else with the same problem?

My squad consisted of a gold 2, gold 3, and silver 2 rank. We can't switch to the ranked playlist because it says we are too many tiers apart. I read the new rules and this should not be happening. I even tried playing ranked by myself and it threw me into a public match.

What happens when the bug occurs? My previous rank from last season was plat 3 it lowered me to silver 1 but on my name up top it still shows plat 3 so it wont let me play rank with friends who are only 1 tier away but because it thinks I am still in plat 3 it wont let us play. the silver tier rank is shown on the bottom left but next to my name on top it still shows plat 3
What should be happening instead? I should be in silver 1 and allowed to play with my friend who is in silver 2
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure find another player who stats are not working correctly showing different rank between your name and the rank at bottom left.

I am on Xbox One X and this is happening to me also, both teammates have the icon next to them say over 10,000 RP, however, their rank should be Platinum 2. This is causing the game to not let us play together. 

I am supposed to be gold 2 but when my silver 2 friend joins me it says : max 1 tier difference allowed... 

what is the meaning of this ? Check picture i also have a diamond logo

What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to play with my friends who are in silver rank because the game is saying that I am still Plat 2. My ranked search parameters are saying the lobbies are gold though, but still doesn’t let me even attempt to search for ranked games if my friends are in my lobby/me in their lobbies.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to search for ranked games with my friends in my squad
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the non-congruency with my rank, and rank search parameters.

I'm having the same issue me and my friend are both silver 1 but my old rank was platinum 3 from season 3 it reset bottom left but not top center on my profile so I cant play with anyone only load up with randoms

My xbox gamertag is killswitch1465 if this helps
