Apex Legends Account Ban

Who can tell me the reason why my account was banned?  At that time, I received the file for changing my password, but after logging in after the modification, it showed that my account had been banned.  I appealed several times, but failed each time.  I only learned today that the account data can be downloaded.  Could anyone take a look for me and tell me the reason for the ban?
