Apex legends is unplayable in india for playstation/XBOX users

i used to play the game alot but am unable to do so now because earlier i used to play with my PC friend so i was able to get into PC lobbies and find matches but for sometime now he has stopped playing the game and so even i can't play because the nearest server on which i can get a match is tokyo which gives me like 200 ping so there is no fun grinding the game at such a high ping. Earlier there used to be a bahrain server on which i could find matches and got a decent ping but they removed that server as well, would be great if i can play my favourite game without depending on a PC guy.
