Why was my Apex account banned after the game crashed and forced me to exit while I was playing Apex on Steam? I didn't use any cheating software.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute, I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can look at this for you.
Same here , 2 games on pc and my acc was banned the next morning without explanation.. try to send a email and ask why and prey for recover your acc same as me ( heirlooms , 800 hours etc.. ) fingers crossed
