Exotic shards on saison pass not added on my main account

In the saison pass we get exotic shards but is never appear on my main account on xbox but they give me that on my switch account and i never buy something on this why is not on my xbox account all of my account is link to

  • @tomsam04 Were you playing on your Switch when you had unlocked the 10 Exotic Shards? If you were, it was added to your Switch's wallet instead of your Xbox's wallet, (which is sadly not shared across platforms).

I can tell its not synced across platforms because on PC, it says I have 1300 AC, and 10 Exotic Shards, while my Switch says I only have 100 AC and 0 Exotic Shards.

Fortnite does the same thing, where every platform is synced with both earned and paid for V-bucks, (besides the Switch where I believe only the free V-bucks sync, not the ones paid for or were unlocked with the premium battle pass).

Although, I don't remember earning 100 AC from the battle pass while playing on the Switch, (I barely play on the Switch anyways). Like you, I've also never bought anything from Apex while on my Switch. As far as I'm aware of, the Exotic Shards are locked to your Switch's wallet and they cannot be transferred over to your Xbox's wallet. You could however try contacting EA at help.ea to see if they can fix the issue.

Here's screenshots from both my PC and Switch. As you can see, the currency is different for the Apex Coins and Exotic Shards.

You can contact EA about issues with your battle pass rewards here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=apex-legends&topic=battle-pass-rewards

However, do know that they may not be able to change which account has the Exotic Shards, as on EA's site it says "All Apex Coins acquired on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation will be merged into one wallet and these can be spent on any of the aforementioned platforms. Apex Coins on Nintendo Switch will always remain separate as they can only be spent on that platform."

While this is talking about Apex Coins, it might be the same for Exotic Shards, since they can be bought in the same way as Apex Coins. You can find where it says this here: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/cross-progression towards the very bottom of the page.

I have no idea why the Apex Coins, (and even V-Bucks) are kept in a different wallet when its gained on the Nintendo Switch. It doesn't make any sense to have the Switch separated from the shared wallet. If I had to guess, its an issue between EA/Epic Games and Nintendo, (where Nintendo must of refused to allow it to be synced).

If any EA Community Managers know why the Nintendo Switch isn't included in the shared wallet, I would love to know why.
