Fix bug that caused abandon penalties when playing ranked matches

There have been many instances where, while playing ranked matches, the game suddenly crashed, and when I restarted the game, I was penalized for abandoning the match.

It's just too unfair to have points deducted due to an abandon penalty given because the game crashed.

This bug needs to be fixed as soon as possible, and players who are temporarily disconnected from the game due to a game crash or other reason should be able to rejoin the match, or the abandon penalty should be waived if they cannot rejoin.

I simply cannot understand why a penalty is being given when the problem lies with the game itself.

That's really ridiculous.
