How to use craft medals

It is strange that apex has always been able to create certain skins for collection events with craft medals, but recently it has only applied to pack purchases, and while it was always possible to craft them for anniversary events, it is not possible to craft them for this event.
The period of time I have spent holding out to release skins from the recollection store and saving up craft medals in order to craft event skins has now gone down the drain.If this was going to happen, I regret that I should have spent it on recolors from the beginning.
I think the management should clearly state in the next event whether craft medals can be used to release specific skins.
I understand that this update is an adjustment to improve the treatment of beginners, but I think that removing one of the motivating factors for beginners by eliminating the no-pay element will cause them to not continue or quit soon, even if the number of beginners increases.
At any rate, I would like the management to clearly state whether craft medals will be exchanged for packs or specific skins in the future.
