I didn’t receive my 20 apex packs

I haven’t received my 20 apex packs for completing the community Ninjayla challenges. Am I suppose to wait until the next split to get them or should I have already received them?

    Dj_phlipfone  Sadly, its only the 20 packs, (I can explain):

    Week 1 | Community Challenges
    - As a community, players will work together to complete challenges to determine how many packs can be earned the following week (10 packs for 20m respawns, 15 packs for 50m, and 20 packs for 75m respawns).

    Week 2 | Individual Challenges
    - Now, as an individual, complete challenges to earn the packs determined by last week's challenge, (the community had hit the required 75m respawns, and thus we get 20 packs).

    Also, next week will be the same thing, where we complete the community challenges, and then the following week, (week 4), we complete the individual challenges to earn the packs determined in week 3. (Trust me, I would of loved if we had gotten 20 packs for each week).

    I completed the personal challenges this week and received the 20 apex packs. I just didn’t receive the 20 apex packs from last weeks community challenge. the community challenges for reviving and respawning teammates.

    Dj_phlipfone  No worries, I thought it was that way too at first.

    Also, don't forget that there will be 3 more community challenges, (where we unlock the packs in the first week, and then earn them in the second week).

    Below are the event start and end dates for the remaining 3 Apex creators:

    • Oraxe's Challenges - March 11th to March 24th
    • // Break // - March 25th to March 31st
    • Apryze's Challenges - April 1st to April 14th
    • Kaminari Kyupi's Challenges - April 15th to April 28th

    My friend finished the challenge but never received his 20 apex packs. It swapped over to the newest challenge. He completed and so did I but he never received his packs 😐

    CheBeast719  Sadly, there won't be any way to obtain the 20 packs from Ninjayla's individual challenges since the time period to earn those packs had ended. However, there will be more chances to earn packs for the remaining 3 creators, depending on how far the community gets in the community challenges.

    If the community hits the required kill goal for Oraxe's challenges before March 18th, then we should be able to earn 20 packs from March 18th to March 24th by completing another set of individual challenges. After that, the next set of possible packs would be between April 8th and April 14th for Apryze's challenges, and then April 22nd and April 28th for Kaminari Kyupi's challenges.
