Ok i have a question because I've been dealing with purchases not being received and have been going back and forth with ea for over 10 days just for them to tell me at the end that they cant give me my apex coins at all. If steam refunds me for those purchases will my account be banned despite showing proof to both ea and steam that i have no received my purchases. I talked to steam about it but they are trying to refrain from doing so because they are afraid i will be banned and if that's the case there is nothing that they can do about it
