never chat in any american games , their ToS is so pathetic and ridiculous that you can get ban for anything and it's obviously automated like the guy who got perma banned for saying "nice gg"

I’m glad someone who has the audience to make a change will talk about this issue.
in no world should EA feel comfortable taking $1,000’s of dollars from its players and have the same level of comfort in banning their account over “nice gg.” If these accounts have such little value to ban them and no recourse to appeal (TOS email is not a recourse) then they have no business charging $35 for a skin + gun bundle for 1 character.
