Loba Edition: Why Does EA HATE Belgian Players?

Several months ago the Loba edition was in the monthly rotation. Of course the bundle was unavailable in Belgium because Apex Packs are forbidden by law to be sold here and the bundle includes 5 Loba Apex Packs.

I had contact with support then about an alternative. The bundle was only available for a short time anymore then so of course nothing changed.

Now since like 2-3 weeks ago the Loba Edition is back in the Monthly Store rotation.

Guess what? Still unavailable for us!!

If they can mark the Bundle as UNAVAILABLE in these regions then they should have the tools to make separate bundles for these regions without the Apex Packs in them.

Support told me they passed it on to the correct teams but now with 6 days left there is still no alternative.

Also it doesn't seem like the team ever reads these forums anyway cause they never replied to any of the problems regarding the Neon Network event. So I'm not sure why I even bother writing about it here.

I do really wonder why these forums even exist in the first place if the team doesn't seem to care about fixing any problems that get posted here?

    @Balladalidila well yeah, the thing is though whenever I message support about this issue, which they know they can't fix (understandably so as they're not developers), they tell me to go to this forum to post it.
    With issues with events where Belgian players couldn't unlock bundles with packs in it using free event points, they also kept telling me to use these forums.

    So you'd think that at least someone who is contact with the developers would read these. Cause if the support can't fix the issue, it wouldn't make any sense to tell me to write on this forum site if they'd know full well that it's only other players y'know?

    I agree with you that the devs themselves likely wouldn't have time to read and answers these posts. Based on support telling me to write here I'd at least assume there to be someone who reads these that is in close contact with the dev team.

    @OldTreeCreeper I've tried this method in the past when the Wattson heirloom was in the shop. To be able to buy a bundle with those packs in it and back then it worked fine.
    But ever since the EA app got this big update it doesn't seem to be working anymore. I've tried to change my country settings online on the site. In the new EA app I couldn't find it.
    Just changing it online in my profile settings didn't seem to work a few months ago for either the Loba edition or for fixing an issue with an event where Belgian players couldn't unlock some of the bundles using the free earned by playing event tokens.

    Have you tried it here? (I think this is where I changed it in the past.) 

    Drop down Menu on the top right here, from your name, 

    EA account, about me, 

    Then regional settings?

    @OldTreeCreeper that's through the website, right? Yeah I've tried that several months ago, around the time I made this topic. I just checked and it's still set to "France" in there from last time I tried to see if it works. So unfortunately I don't think it works anymore. I guess I could try again though.

    I've tried it again, this time set the region to United Kingdom in the profile settings online and in the EA app as well. But unfortunately still doesn't work this way anymore ☹️
