Matchmaking

As a console player that recently transferred to a PC account why do I get apex predator in my lobby, it has made wining a game impossible and the only way to stay alive is to camp and pray that a crypto drone does not find you or bloodhound does not scan you. Is there plans in the future to help make the game actually fair. Its just so hard to load into a game and see the champion have 2000 kills and my best is only 150 over a year of play. Am I supposed to stand a chance against that? And don't get me started on movement it is a joke when I see so many people flying around and easily kill people, how are they not advancing in difficulty. I am aware there are smurf accounts but after one game of them having 15 kills they should advance in difficulty, right? but no they stay the same and its just aggravating for somebody who does not play the game for 25 hour and hop on to play with a few friends (no they are not sweaty they are console players and about my level) and haven't won a game in a month or two. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!
