Olympus is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!

Sorry to say, but I've played since release.

There's been a lot of bad moments and content droughts in Apex before and that's okay.

There's been time's when I've wanted to Quit before

I now own every Octane skin ever and heirloom, because I enjoyed the game for a long time, even the bad times (sometimes)

Now I was super-hyped for Season 7, and then...

First few match grew into a lot, because of "FIRST BLOOD" every match

Then days went by, and it got better.

Here's the problem:

-No Loot

-WAY TOO OPEN Area's

-Bad building Designs

-Bugs

Too easy to move around part of the map, while the other take's too long

-3rd Parties more often

-Unbalanced High verses Low ground

Just overall bad Map design, Jump-pads can't get to some area's, and it's to open to backup or push.

I've never died so much and often in just barely a week of playing

Trident's need a different design than being on the ground, I believe they should be more for flight. (Don't Fall off the map so much or bump into things) Plus no need for Octane or Path < Trident

Honestly; just start Season 7 back over, or something. Go back to Season 6 and will player's work on doing the Season 7 battle pass. Remove Olympus and just start over. It's the Worst map and Season so far. I can't believe I was so hyped. To get garbage.

This actually might be the best idea too, just remove Olympus for now and bring it back in a week or two after you fixed everything Respawn. This still allows Season 8 to be released before Feb. 4th And everything kind of stays on schedule.

    @VerGaDoomYeah, but when your hyped you think you would be having fun. Well when land almost any where on the map you have to run to like 5 different buildings just for a Mozambique. Or get lasered by a wraith with purple armor. So yeah I wanted off the old maps so much, because I was SO BORED. New map comes and it's dirty and filthy air feeling, not fresh.

    No Loot
    Too Many 3rd Parties
    Unbalanced Ground
    Falling off the Map

    Nothings fun when you die thousands of time ever match. So as old as the old maps are, I prefer that over what we have on Olympus.

    not more 3rd party, but always. instantly. its like shooting teleports an enemy squad right behind you

    @AkumaSanji Yeah very unbalanced map. I don't see why they don't remove it temporarily. Until they fix what needs to be done. But we will have to wait till S8 for any major changes. Like S3 World's Edge to S4 Ravaged World's Edge.

    I agree thos map os very bad...and the biggest problem is..why they forcing players to play this map everyday??? Like for more than 10 days..same map!!! What if the player didn't like this map?? Did they think of that ???...i want to play APEX LEGENDS so bad...i like this game it's really cool but forcing me playing 1 map everyday while there's other maps !! That's not cool tbh...that's bad decision by who ever made this idea ☹️

    @WattsonDuFromage yup. There's a multitude of reasons for the 3rd partying. It lies inherently in the map design. It's unfixable with out a map redo. But this won't happen. Stressful is a good way to characterize the vibe.

    I love the ambience and beauty of this map but it really is trash for gameplay! I've never been 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th partied more in my life. Loot is there but it's mostly mozambique, sentinel and havoc off the drop smh. Plus the fact that I spent $130 on the aftermarket event to obtain Caustics heirloom and it glitched out and never gave it to me might make me even more biased for the trash season and the trash customer service I received. Give me my money back AND give me a better balanced game. The stress of winning two battles in a row only to be 3rd, 4th and 5th before you can reload or heal or loot is not worth the stress of playing this game anymore.

    "You skinsuits and your whining" - a Revenant quote. Olympus is a good map. While 3rd parties are more frequent, you have to get used to thinking ahead.

    Please let we to change the map and off this rotation. Olympus is unplayable. Only luck or not. Third party map... Its a big mistake than the sbmm in casual matches. Sorry but its true..
