Permanently banned after using racial slur jokingly

I was permanently banned after spending ~$500 on apex coins and ~1400 hours in this game for using a racial slur - the N word. I understand what I did was inappropriate and I had 2 previous suspensio...

    Hey all, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@TBTFW See, and that's the problem. People can provoke you, sabotage your game, make sure your game experience is as bad as it can be and they'll be fine. You just have to write one thing into the chat and you immediately receive the highest degree of punishment. Couple of blokes I know did a test in that regard. They had a fun conversation in the chat with one insult built into it. If they would read the context, they would immediately notice that any action would be unjustified. But since EA doesn't care about first-time offenders, severity or even the context, a permanent ban is attached the moment they see a no-no word.

This season I'm doing solo queue in ranked and oh, boy.... this game can make you see the true selves of people. You know, 90% of random players, if you meet them in real life they are lower than the grass, but at the apex, they are bears, insult you, insult your mother and etc.... just do like me - MUTE, MUTE and don't lose your temper with idiots, the game is not what it was in season 1-5 - the game changed, the game is forcing you to play with people that are not skilled enough, the game wants from you to teach noobs how to play, well in pubs its okay to tell them what to do, but dude in ranked its just pity. People who can't make more than 300 damage being mixed with 4k damage players, sad, just sad.

    @TBTFW Still, the punishments for profanity are way too extreme. If what several players are saying is true, then that would mean someone who uses profanity loses his entire EA account whilst someone who cheats or DDoS' in Apex Legends is 'only' banned from the game. I don't see how that's fair.

      @Peri_Longbow_plz This is how they are dealing with this. But you are right about ddosers and cheaters. There's nothing you can do mate, they are taking cyberbullying seriously.
