Ping 100+ stutters and frame skip Dallas servers

I’m 3 hours from the Dallas server. On PlayStation. Always got less than 40 ping, now it’s regular to see 100+ with packet loss stutters rubber banding and the whole lot. When I log into game it connects me to New York servers. Which I get 150-200 ping on. Dallas is top of the list, and none of the other servers are less than 150. Happens Only on apex. None of my other games lag. Computer phone and PlayStation all report 30-40 ping when tested and no more than 60 loaded. Connected via lan cable. Other devices disconnected from WiFi. Anyone else?
