Ranked choice pregame legend selection.

Can we have a top 3 legend tier. If another player takes my preferred legend and I'm not actively watching the screen I get stuck with my must be played and I don't like that legend 5 seasons later. So a ranked choice system would let me update as new legends release and updates are made.
