No offense but I think its a little presumptions of you to say you are stuck in gold because of your teammates. This implies that you think your real skill is higher than gold but its all your teammates fault. Like you just said yourself; pretty much everyone in gold runs around like mindless chickens, going for every fight without any strategic thought, but that includes your enemies as well! So if you really were better than gold, then you would be the factor that made the difference and tipped the scale in your favor and you would eventually have gotten out of gold.
