I won the ninjayla kill race and didn't get my coins

I won the ninjayla kill race that happened with ea recently was supposed to get contacted by EA to get my 11,500 Apex coins never did contacted ea support they told me to report it on the forum so the community manager will revert me back via email

  • Hey Cloud_Theman1205,

Sorry for the delay with this, thanks for hanging in there!

After checking with the team, it looks like the prizes are still in the process of being distributed to winners, so you haven't missed anything - we're just not quite done with that process yet.

Please hang tight and you should be seeing those arrive soon, congrats!

  • Cloud_Theman1205  I haven't heard about this event until today, however I did find the post from Ninjayla from February 28th, saying she was hosting a community kill event, as well as her stream from later that same day, (where a player named "Theman" had won first place).

In terms of getting the Apex Coins from Ninjayla's community kill event, I suggest contacting EA Support about the Apex Coins if you still haven't receive the coins yet, (especially since her event had ended 12 days ago from today).

Note: Before you contact EA Support, please check your Apex currency wallet in-game incase you had been awarded the Apex Coins from Ninjayla's community kill event. Furthermore, if you play the game on a Switch, (or have a linked Nintendo Account), the coins may had ended up in a different Apex currency wallet. (The game has two Apex currency wallets, where one is shared between the EA App, Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation, and one that's only for the Switch, (which hopefully the coins were awarded to the correct platform account)).

Ah, I see... I can understand how that can be both confusing and frustrating. Hopefully it won't be much longer until the coins get sorted out.

Especially since I gave information like my email my discord and my IGN to play in the tournament and the streamer said I'd get contacted after the tournament and never did

Cloud_Theman1205  In that case, it definitely doesn't make much sense why you haven't been contacted yet. I would be a bit frustrated myself as well, (especially when 1st place was 11,500 Apex Coins).
