@RandomCZ All your concerns are super easy to fix. When you get disconnected on purpose or crash or time out, you're dead and your teammates will get the banner automatically - or manually. Problem solved.

Just give a chance for people that got disconnect not on purpose. I just want to get back to my game, doesn't matter if i'll be dead or not. I just want that chance. As i told, yesterday we were playing ranked game, we entered a combat, i killed an enemy and suddenly boom. Game just froze. My teammates won that fight and played for another 15-20 minutes and got the 5th place as i remember. If there was a reconnect option, i could reconnect as a dead member and my teammates would have my banner and try to ressurect me. No abuses. Think about it.

So it should have to be like this:
Player disconnects, game make him dead (box), others can loot him, teammates can grab banner. I would'nt go for automatic banner delivery, because that is abusable.
Player is no longer counted as "playing" thus no longer accounted in "teams / players left". But when he reconnects, he should be once again accounted making counter less reliable.
And how would you solve points? Should he get XP only for the period he played, or for the whole match?
Should he get RP for, lets say, winning the game, when he was 5 minutes out of match, not participating towards the goal?
Will his dead state have effect towards teams achievements, like "Wins with full team alive" etc.?
Like I said, it's not super easy 🤔
