Huh, I thought it was better to cap your FPS via the GPU control panel as limiting via the engine would result in input lag and so forth.

Closer to the source.
So Game to GPU to Display@The_Tibberit especially needs a Menu Frame Cap, every modern title has a separate Menu FPS setting to save energy , the menu doesnt need to run at max fps , locking it at 30 or 60 is sufficient.
But this is wishful thinking for a company that doesnt even get the MM right.
